Volume Optimisation

In this area of our energy services package we look to reduce an organisation’s total energy consumption. We do this through the introduction of better housekeeping and pieces of equipment which are designed to reduce volumes, such as voltage optimisation. We also look at installing alternative micro-generation projects, such as on site wind turbines and photovoltaic solutions. Alternative energy supplies, where there might be a small independent generator providing power to the area within the locality of the client’s site, are also reviewed.

What is voltage optimisation?

Energy and Carbon Management has joined forced with various strategic partners to help optimise your voltage.

Voltage Optimiser provides savings on carbon emissions and energy costs by means of equalising your supply voltage to an optimum level. It deals with the discrepancy between the actual supply voltage you receive (207V - 253V) and the optimum voltage your electrical equipment needs.

For the first time ever, Voltage Optimisation gives businesses, manufacturers, councils and government the opportunity to micro-manage and improve their power supply.

Voltage Optimiser could save you on average 13% on your electricity cost. Dependant on technical parameters on site this could increase to 20%!
